Ricotta and Basil Olive Oil Spread

Serves 4-6

1½ cups ricotta cheese
½ cup Basil Infused Olive Oil
fresh basil leaves, washed and dried (optional)
1 clove fresh garlic, smashed
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon sea salt or to taste


Place all ingredients (except fresh basil leaves) together, and mix in a blender or by hand until creamy and smooth.  Adjust seasoning to taste and store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to three days. Use fresh basil for garnish if desired!
