6 cups freshly popped popcorn
1/2 cup olive oil, plain or flavoured (suggested flavours: Truffle, Butter, Garlic, Lime, Harissa)
2/3 cup grated cheese (e.g. Asiago or Parmesan)
salt and pepper to taste
Drizzle the olive oil over the bottom and sides of a large bowl. Add popcorn to bowl and toss to coat evenly. Add remaining ingredients and toss until thoroughly mixed.
